Arrival time on the 15th is between 3-5pm 
Departure time is around 12pm

ACCOMODATIONS

This year we will be offering the following choices for  accommodations.

Please choose the option you desire at checkout.

  • Private Bunkie for 2 (book a bunkie for you and a friend) - bathrooms and showers are in a communal block 
    Early Bird Registration before June 15th $1400 (+HST) - ($700 per person +HST) 
    Each camper must fill out a separate registration and consent form 
    Regular Registration $1700 (+HST) - ($850 per person +HST)
     

  • Private Bunkie for 1 (book a private bunkie for yourself) - bathrooms and showers are in a communal block 
    Early Bird Registration before June 15th $1200 (+HST)
    Regular Registration $1350 (+HST)
     

  • Private Cabin for 4 (book a cabin for yourself and 3 friends) - ensuite bathroom
    Early Bird Registration before June 15th $3000 (+HST)  - ($750 per person +HST)
    Regular Registration $3600 (+HST) - ($900 per person +HST) 
    Each camper must fill out a separate registration and consent form 
     

  • Shared Cabin (6 - 8 people in a cabin) - Shared accommodation in a cabin with ensuite washrooms.
    Early Bird Registration before M    ay 1st $650 (+HST)
    Regular Registration $800 (+HST) 
     

  • Camping*
    Early Bird Registration before May 1st $500 (+HST) 
    Regular Registration $650 (+HST) 
    *rate is per person

Once you have submitted your registration form you will be automatically directed to sign a Terms & Conditions consent form in order to participate in Yoga Camp. If you are not automatically directed, click here to submit your consent manually and then proceed to the link below to complete your payment and secure your spot!

A full refund, minus $50 processing fee, is available until August 20. Please see our full cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy

Yoga Camp registrations can be transferred to another person without penalty with a minimum of 2 weeks notice.  Transfers with less than two weeks notice are subject to a $50 administrative fee.

Registration cancellations must be received in writing (via email) 4 weeks prior to the event. A refund will be issued less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations for any reason received after August 30th, 2024 will not receive a refund. 

Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds to people who are sick and cannot attend.

In the event that the camp cannot run due to Covid-19 lockdown measures campers will be issued a refund minus a 3% fee.  If for any reason an event date is changed, registrations for the original date will be honoured.  In this case, refunds will be issued for cancellations without penalty, and transfers will be accepted without an administrative fee.
