ABOUT
Patricia Dominski has been teaching movement since she was 15, beginning with a dance background that still inspires her creative and expressive style today. She fell in love with yoga 14 years ago and completed her training at Downward Dog Yoga Centre, along with many other trainings and workshops over the years. Her classes blend fluid, controlled movement with breath, self-awareness, and a strong sense of play. Trained in yoga and Pilates, and influenced by Ashtanga Vinyasa, Power, Restorative, Yin, CARs, HIIT, and Lagree, Patricia’s sessions are fun, dynamic, and never the same twice. Expect playful sequencing, feel-good flows, and fun, upbeat playlists that keep you present and energized. Patricia teaches in Toronto and can’t wait to move with you at camp.
