Sample Menu

The food at Yoga Camp is simple, natural and delicious. We provide you with nutritious and nourishing vegetarian and non vegetarian meals and snacks throughout day. There is something for everyone. We work with locally sourced and organic ingredients and plan our meals to be creative, inspiring and satiating. We know you’re being extra active and need to be replenished. Coffee, tea, water and snacks are always available if you need a pick me up between meals.

 

If you have any allergies, food sensitivities or restrictions we will be happy to accommodate you as much as possible.

NOURISH

Breakfast: Oatmeal, granola, yogurt, fresh fruit, eggs, toast, salad, tahini and a variety of homemade muffins

 

Lunch: Salads, lentil curry dhal, brown rice, make-your-own-burrito, avocado, roasted vegetables, soup

 

Dinner: Salads, corn-on-the-cob, roasted potatoes, roasted veggies, roasted tofu, lentil shepherds pie, chickpea curry, brown rice, quinoa, brownies

 

Snacks: Muffins, fresh fruit, granola bars, cookies, coffee, tea
