Owen turned to yoga with a strong desire to change the general tone of his life -- from one of stress to tranquility. His journey into yoga helped reconnect him to two old but long neglected passions: music and meditation. Today, he is grateful to share a fusion of yoga, music, and meditation with others, offering classes and workshops that combine these stress-reducing modalities into an integrated experience for students.
