Described as a creative and innovative teacher, Meredith’s teaching style is a reflection of her personal practice that spans over 20 years. Since 2004 she has been teaching asana, pranayama and meditation. She has also led international retreats, taught in teacher trainings in Canada and the U.S., and managed several yoga businesses. Meredith encourages her yoga students to embody the present moment and navigate mindfully in their bodies by bringing their attention to alignment and breath. Influenced most by her study of Hatha (Anusara) and Yin Yoga, her classes are dynamic, deeply therapeutic and offer insight to promote peace within and without.
