Now imagine all that as well as great yoga classes, workshops, meditation and delicious vegetarian food. Welcome to Yoga Camp! A summer camp for adults that brings together outdoors camp activities while maintaining a focus on yoga, mindfulness and self-care. What does Yoga Camp look like? We sleep in cabins, eat together in the dining hall and bask in the sun on the dock. We also do a lot of yoga, meditation, arts and crafts and a variety of workshops.
Our lives are full of amazing commitments and responsibilities we often get so busy that nourishing our soul comes secondary. Taking this time away to be in nature, to reconnect with our inner child and do activities we love is crucial for our well-being and restores our sense of self.
