Nutrition Workshop Leader
Lorette is a Functional Nutrition Coach, she graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition where she taught upcoming nutritonists about a wide array of health topics. She is active in the community and stays on top of current research regarding nutrition and supplements.
Lorette is now based out of the Netherlands but during her time in Canada she practiced as a holistic nutritionist at P3 Health, an integrative health clinic in downtown Toronto. Lorette is also a registered yoga teacher and taught classes at Roots Yoga Studio while in Toronto.
Lorette’s focus is on the 5 Yogic rules to prevent or reverse disease: 1) proper exercise 2) proper breathing 3) proper relaxation 4) wholesome food and 5) proper thinking. In her free time Lorette loves doing yoga and enjoying a good meal with family and friends.
